The Aluminum Extrusion Process in 10 Steps:

Step #1: A Die-mold is Prepared and set to its place of Extrusion machine
Step #2: An Aluminum rod material is Preheated Before Extrusion process
Step #3: The heated rod is Transferred to the Extrusion section
Step #4: A Ram Pushes the rod Material into the mold Container and keep pressing
Step #5: The aluminum material is extruded through the Die-mold
Step #6: Extruded Profiles are guided along the running table and quenched cooling
Step #7: Extruded Profiles are sheared in the length of cooling table
Step #8: Extruded Profiles are Cooled to Room Temperature
Step #9: Extruded Profiles are moved to the straightener and stretched straight
Step #10: Extruded Profiles are moved to the saw to cut in target length requested
And the next steps are : Heat Treatment, Finishing, and Fabrication, packing and shipping or storage:
After extrusion work is completed, aluminum profiles can be heat-treated to enhance their feature properties.
Then, they can be done various surface finishes or color treatment to improve their appearance and corrosion protection. Finally aluminum profiles can be done fabrication works to fit them to their final quality conditions as requested.
